Best Buy’s Total Tech Support is a fantastic membership dedicated to supporting all the tech in your home – no matter where or when you bought it.
We have used it multiple times. The tech’s that came to our home consistently were on time and knowledgeable. The tech’s in the store were super helpful and we always walked away happy!

It’s amazing how many services are included: $49.99 in-home services, 20% savings on repairs, and protection plans (Geek Squad Protection and AppleCare Products). We have used our Geek Squad protection and Apple Care – because of how well they helped us I basically will only buy our devices at Best Buy now.
It’s amazingly simple to use. With 24/7 support connect, you can connect with the Geek Squad in-store, over the phone, or chat/remote online, so you get support when and how you want it. If your life is as busy as mine, this is super convenient.
We have decided to keep my older car for now so I have been looking into upgrading the stereo which doesn’t have blue-tooth or anything.
I was doing research and did you know that in-dash stereo or navigation install, speaker install, remote start or keyless entry install, and amp install is all included with Total Tech Support membership? Everything I need to bring my car up-to-date I can get with my membership. Serious time saver.
Working online means that I have to keep my devices up-to-date, but I keep a lot of my accounting information and bookkeeping stuff for my business. My biggest fear is losing years worth of information.
The last time I switched computers I learned that the Total Tech Support covers basic data transfer & data back up, computer setup, computer tune-up, virus removal, and 1 year of internet security software are all included with its membership. It was a huge relief for me to have someone else do it!
