Living With Chronic Pain: The Gupta Programme™

    A little background on me:

I have had weird stuff happen with my body since I was little. Looking back, it was a sign of things to come. I have never slept well, I am not sure unless I had the flu or an allergic reaction, that I have ever slept through the night. I have had headaches, TMJ/TMD, weird nerve issues and pretty serious allergies from a very young age. My pain tolerance is not normal. It’s way too high to be safe. I have severe anxiety and panic. My digestion has always been messed up.

When I was a teen I was told by a doctor that it’s all in my head and that I convince myself that there are things wrong with me. I wish. I had to learn to help myself. I started journaling and meditation to help relieve stress. Stress is my HUGE trigger. I also began to limit the number of antibiotics that I would allow in my body. I blame the sheer amount I was given as a kid on my CFS. One of the main things I learned in my journey to survive is mind over matter. It is key to any person’s survival with pain syndromes. You need to be in control of your environment and your thought processes.

    Enter the Gupta Programme™.

The Gupta Programme™ is a powerful revolutionary new treatment for these illnesses, and hundreds of people around the world have got their lives back using this treatment.( View Success Stories Here)

It was developed by Ashok Gupta, who suffered from ME/CFS himself before curing himself of it, and then conducting research into the brain neurology of these illnesses. His research led him to conclude that these conditions are caused by abnormalities in the brain, especially a brain structure called the “Insula” & the “Amygdala”. The latest findings in brain neurology, specifically “Neuroplasticity”, show that the brain is inherently re-wireable. And The Gupta Programme is a way of re-wiring the brain’s responses to bring back health and vitality.

I am not saying that this is a quick fix or that it will cure whatever syndrome you have, but it does work. It’s almost a form of behavior therapy. Normally when I see claims on a website that something completely cured them it’s a major turn-off for me. Give it a try despite that. This program helps you re-train your thought process. It gives you tools to work through really bad days. Days where you think you are never going to feel “normal” ever again.

My favorite webinar that they did when I started the program was Trump & Dynamic Acceptance. Basically, it was how to heal the stress and fear that a lot of people were feeling after the election. I am a person who does well if I am given a direction or tools to help me through a situation. You can’t change your outside environment but you can choose how you react to it.

Like I said, this isn’t a cure. It’s a wonderful support tool in your battle with your pain syndrome. Ashok Gupta has done a lot of research and most of his theories about why Fibro plus other pain conditions exist I am on board with. I definitely agree that most of the syndromes come from the same abnormality in the brain, it just manifests differently in each person. Just like accident victims and head injury victims go through therapy to recover, I think people with pain syndromes also need to help their brain begin to recover. The Gupta Programme™ is where you start. I highly recommend it.

    About jen @craftymomof3

I am a "crafty" mom of 3 who has been blogging for 10+ years. I’ve been a product reviewer/influencer on and off, but mostly just write about life and food I love. I’m a dyslexic, an extreme book addict, a total nerd, a fangirl, and a paranormal enthusiast. I am a New Englander at heart but I currently live in the MidWest. I am obsessed with the ocean, food, tech, books, anything supernatural, and although I am hopelessly sarcastic...I am a softy. Oh, and I like coffee. A LOT.
