Ready to set your health on a new track? I’m here to introduce you to the LEAF by Bellabeat!! The LEAF is an activity, sleep and reproductive monitor that gives us specific numbers to provide our health professionals. I would like to think that I could accurately throw out how many hours of sleep that I averaged for the month and how much activity I participated in; however, like food portion sizes, we seem to inflate/deflate our numbers because we don’t want to admit that we’re doing too little/too much.
