I am sure you are wondering what I did with it all! Well besides the OBVIOUS snacking, I made an incredible stuffed omelet. I stuffed my omelet with leftover carnitas and cheese and then topped it off with some Wholly Gucamole and Wholly Salsa. Delicious!
