I just opened my closet today and realized I was in dire need of a new summer wardrobe. The problem? Very limited budget this year. Plus, have you been to the stores lately? There’s not a lot of modest clothing. Mostly very short shorts for the under 20 crowd. So I came up with a list of what I absolutely needed to get through the summer.
My Top 5 – Cute Tops & Summer Essentials
#1. Flip flops. I admit it. I do have the flip flop fever. My favorite? Old Navy. These particular ones have caught my eye.
#2. A really cute top. A top that is versatile and cute enough to wear out to dinner.
#3. A really kickin’ hat. Ya know, for those days your hair just won’t cooperate! I am thinking this fedora would look smashing!
#4. A pretty summer dress. A modest dress yet, stylish.
#5. I love cheap skirts. I love loose, flowy skirts for the summer. I am definitely a hippie at heart. Skirts definitely say summer for me.
