If I had to answer the question ” What’s your holiday wish?” it would be peace. Not the cheesy, beauty pageant kind of peace, but peace for my family. We have had a really difficult, trying time over the past few years that has been really hard to overcome. I hope the next few years will be better. I hope we find our own space to make our home and feel settled. I hope our country learns to work together instead of against each other to fix our problems so people like my family stop having to shoulder the burden and work so hard for nothing. I haven’t given up, I am confident that it will happen but I can not wait to feel that peace of knowing that my kids can have a household of kids sleepover in their own rooms. 🙂
