I was given the opportunity to review a belt from HeroHuggers.com. If you are not familiar with Hero Huggers here’s a little bit from their site:

“Our kids belts are made of fun colors for boys and girls.  These belts are made using a very high quality hybrid webbing and fun ribbons, perfect for your children.  All kids belts are made in the USA fore your little hero.  Belts are all 1″ wide and vary in length depending on the size selected.  We are so sure you’ll love these belts for your kids that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you’re not happy for any reason please return your belt for a full refund.”

Hero Huggers belts come in 3 sizes:
  • Small – for waists 18″ – 22″ (up to size 3T)
  • Medium – for waists 22″ – 25″ (up to size 6T)
  • Large – for waists 25″ – 28″ (up to size 9/10)

There are also two types of closure styles: velcro or D ring –

Choose whether you want an easy on/off velcro closure, or our popular D ring closures.

The velcro closure is perfect for potty training.

D-Rings – all the “cool” kids get the D-Rings.

We chose the Crazy Daisy Kids Belt.  My (5yo) daughter was very happy with the belt as soon as I pulled it out of the package. My children are sticks and I can never find pants that will fit them both in length AND width. We also can never find belts to fit my 5yo because the belts never tighten enough to fit her either. We also have problems with D ring belts because they slide off. Velcro is really hard to find in regular stores so I was really happy that it was one of the options for closures in the Hero Huggers belts for kids. The velcro was really easy for my daughter to use and get on and off went she went to the bathroom. I really liked them so I think I am going to see if there is a pattern that my older daughter will like, she has a really small waist and her pants are ALWAYS falling down!

Check out my 5yo trying out her new Hero Hugger belt!

Look how loose her pants are to start. Saggy in the rear end and tightened way too much with the adjustable elastic. It leaves red marks on her skin.
Side by side difference no tightened/too tightened.
Tada! Much better!
Look at the difference with the belt! She is showing how easy to belt is to use.

So check out their site, you’ll be amazed at the really cute patterns!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Mom Blog Society. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I am a "crafty" mom of 3 who has been blogging for 10+ years. I’ve been a product reviewer/influencer on and off, but mostly just write about life and food I love. I’m a dyslexic, an extreme book addict, a total nerd, a fangirl, and a paranormal enthusiast. I am a New Englander at heart but I currently live in the MidWest. I am obsessed with the ocean, food, tech, books, anything supernatural, and although I am hopelessly sarcastic...I am a softy. Oh, and I like coffee. A LOT.
