I am never one to turn down a handmade item so when I was contacted by www.beaniedesigns.com and asked to review one of their hand crochet baby hats I jumped at the chance! I love crochet hats, but I have never seemed to be able crochet in a circle. I can fake it but if you look really close, you can see my mistakes.
Beanie Designs has good quality baby hats in a wide variety of designs. I particularly like the organic cotton two pom pom and the organic cotton green apple hat. I also liked the variety of baby headbands they have. My 4 year old really liked the white headband with hot pink flower.
I picked the Sun hat: Purple with white flower size 5t As soon as I opened the package I noticed how sturdy the hat felt. My daughter was in love with the color and insisted on wearing the hat despite the fact that it was an 87 degrees day. She wore it off and on which is funny because usually she doesn’t like to wear hats because it messes up her hair. Have I mentioned she’s really girly? 😉 
Later that week I asked her if I could take a picture for my blog to show people how pretty she looked in her hat and it turned into a full fledged photo shoot! 🙂
My “director” of my photo shoot jumped in there too! 🙂 Cute huh?
