I am turning my blog over to my husband Scott. Here are his thoughts hair loss ~Jen

The topic of hair loss and talking about it does not bother me. It does bother me that I am losing hair but I don’t mind discussing solutions. I am experiencing some thinning and loss at the top of my head.

    2013-06-05_09-04-17_814

It started becoming noticeable about 4-5 years ago. Although others may not have noticed and not mentioned it , the first person to point it out was my very honest 2 year old (at the time) and Jen’s equally honest grandmother. My father was bald and my grandfather had significant hair loss, his receded 2/3 of the way back. I am concerned about further hair loss. Mostly because I think it makes me look old.

I think this can be a very sensitive issue for many men because so many men are very protective of their “manliness” and in general do not want to admit to any kind of weakness or imperfection.

    About jen @craftymomof3

I am a "crafty" mom of 3 who has been blogging for 10+ years. I’ve been a product reviewer/influencer on and off, but mostly just write about life and food I love. I’m a dyslexic, an extreme book addict, a total nerd, a fangirl, and a paranormal enthusiast. I am a New Englander at heart but I currently live in the MidWest. I am obsessed with the ocean, food, tech, books, anything supernatural, and although I am hopelessly sarcastic...I am a softy. Oh, and I like coffee. A LOT.
